Thank you for shopping with Mountain Cottage Candles! Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured with care, and we appreciate your support of our small family business.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping

We carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives safely. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and may vary based on your location and shipping conditions.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mountain Cottage Candles is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Warm Weather & Soy Wax

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which is a beautiful, clean-burning wax but can be more sensitive to changes in temperature than other types of waxes.

During warmer months or periods of extreme heat, your candle or wax melts may soften, sweat, or shift slightly during transit. Likewise, cooler temperatures can sometimes cause small cosmetic imperfections.

You may also notice that the top of your candle has an uneven, frosted, or slightly rough texture. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and is completely normal. These cosmetic variations do not affect the quality, scent, or performance of your candle or wax melts.

If your candle arrives warm, simply allow it to return to room temperature before lighting or using it.
